Perspectiv accepts these requests selectively, based on current demand, available capacity, strategic relevance, and the materiality of the issue. Perspectiv reserves the right to decline any request without providing detailed reasons.

The Outside-In Assessment is a private diagnostic review designed to identify whether an architecture issue appears real, material, and worth correcting.

It may consider public-facing information, client-submitted information, digital signals, trust surfaces, identity signals, search visibility, AI/search interpretation, commercial positioning, customer journey factors, and other relevant indicators.

Where further work is appropriate, Perspectiv may propose a separate engagement.

Perspectiv does not guarantee specific commercial, reputational, technical, legal, search, AI, media, or platform outcomes. Any case note, impact data, or prior result is provided for context only. Past outcomes do not guarantee future performance.

Search engines, AI systems, answer engines, social platforms, media platforms, public databases, and third-party tools are outside Perspectiv's control. Perspectiv may improve how an entity is structured, understood, represented, and interpreted, but cannot guarantee how any third-party system will display, summarise, rank, recommend, or describe an entity.

Perspectiv may assist with Entity Truth Architecture Protocol, reputation signal alignment, public profile structure, and synthetic web preparedness. This does not guarantee removal of third-party content, prevention of impersonation, elimination of deepfake risk, correction of all misinformation, or control over public commentary.
